    A set of 2.5lb, 5lb, 7.5lb, 10lb, 12.5lb, 15lb, 17.5lb, 20lb, 22.5lb and 25lb dumbbells will be brought to each training session.

    Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology

    I graduated with honours from The University of The Fraser Valley with a degree in Kinesiology. Maintaining a strong GPA throughout my degree and a 4.14 GPA in my 4th year of university. I share this to demonstrate to you my commitment to excellence, vast knowledge and thorough understanding of human movement :)
